Nothing feels better than a badass, sweaty...
Was the only female on the weights side of the gym today. Not a single female after the various cardio machines.
Not an enjoyable experience
I’m 8 pounds from a healthy BMI, this is so silly, I’m going to get there. I can do it.

I hate when people think all you have to do to become fit is walk into a gym. that’s it. as if going to the gym was the hard part and the second they enter the door all of the calories of the day will disappear and the pounds will instantly shed.

half a strawberry banana smoothie

Mid morning snack: protein bar
Lunch: salad with ranch and chicken
half a light yoplait yogurt
Dinner: 1 piece of pizza
bowl of frozen mango chunks
half a bottle of sparkling diet green tea

Honestly love my new treadmill work out. it’s so simple but it makes the time go by so quickly.
I’m just trying to get back in shape to start conditioning for Cross Country. Start at 6 mph and every minute go up .1 until i reach 6.5mph then i go back down to 6.0 and back up and down until i finish my work out.
really simple intervals but it gives me something to do!

Maybe the problem is that running means so much to me, maybe too much. So when I can’t do what I know I’m capable then it’s kind of like my whole world is falling apart.

Just went on a huge following spree, and I know I haven’t been active in roughly 10 months (on tumblr that is) but I’ve still been maintaining a pretty healthy lifestyle. Just after moving back to Texas a few months ago, I know it’s going to be more difficult to eat right.

I hate transitioning between Track and Cross...
Last cross country season I was simply worried about finishing. Now I actually have a hefty goal I want to accomplish. I forget the insane pain that goes into 5k races. Not to say that the 3200 was anything less, it was just different. Transitioning is currently shocking my system.

I've been working out more this week than ever
I was getting disappointed because all I was getting was more sore. But, I HAVE MY PERIOD. Which means, I’m at my lower weight WHILE being bloated. I’m carrying 3lbs+ of water weight!
4.75 mi run and an hour of Hot Yoga!
Hot Yoga was way harder than I ever expected. 40 minutes in, I started to see stars. I had to child pose for a little to prevent myself from passing out.
