&lt;p&gt;no. simply going isn&amp;#8217;t enough, it&amp;#8217;s the work you do inside the gym, the foods you eat during the day that you work off, and the foods you eat after to recover. This isn&amp;#8217;t confession. You aren&amp;#8217;t instantly absolved of all your poor eating habits after a few crunches. &lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m just trying to get back in shape to start conditioning for Cross Country. Start at 6 mph and every minute go up .1 until i reach 6.5mph then i go back down to 6.0 and back up and down until i finish my work out.&lt;/p&gt;

Just after moving back to Texas a few months ago, I know it&amp;#8217;s going to be more difficult to eat right.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I need motivation and accountability and this blog does that for me. I am 5&amp;#8217;3.5&amp;#8221; and 153 pounds.
